PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a mail based on contents set in a common use information apparatus even when the common use information apparatus cannot be used. SOLUTION: When a transmitter cannot directly use the common use information equipment (a computer and a server system), the other usable information equipment (a computer, a PDA or a cellphone) is used, and the mail for giving transfer instruction to the common use information apparatus (the computer and the server system) is transmitted via the Internet and a computer network. Thereby, the transmission to a recipient can be timely performed without being retsricted by cost and an information amount according to set contents from the common use information apparatus storing information by equipment restriction of a license, a capacity and a transmission source address.
