PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device and an image forming device capable of preventing sheet jamming and capable of surely abutting a sheet on an aligning member. SOLUTION: The sheet post-processing device is provided with an aligning tray 2 for receiving the paper sheet S on which an image is formed, a delivery roller 4 for delivering the paper sheet to the aligning tray 2, a rear end fence 51 disposed on an end of the aligning tray 2 and aligning the paper sheet, an aligning feed roller 12 for feeding the paper sheet delivered to the aligning tray 2 to the rear end fence 51, and a guide part 7b. The aligning feed roller 12 is provided on the conveying direction downstream side of the delivery roller 4, the delivery roller 4 and the aligning feed roller 12 are integrally rotated, and the guide part 7b is abutted to the paper sheet when the paper sheet is delivered to the aligning tray 2 to prevent the aligning feed roller 12 from being brought into contact with the paper sheet.
