<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposal system which can treat garbage discharged from constructs such as a department store completely in the concerned constructs themselves which are the source origin, and further, which produces soil suitable for plant growing using the garbage to carry out a rooftop gardening of the constructs using the soil. <P>SOLUTION: The garbage N generated inside the constructs is dispersed in an earthworm breeding bed 1 of the roof D1. The garbage N is eaten by the earthworm M, and the excretory substance turns the soil of the earthworm breeding bed 1 to extremely excellent soil for the plant growing. The soil is used as the soil of the adjacent plant breeding bed 2, by which vegetables, flowers and ornamental plants cultivated in the plant breeding bed 2 are grown extremely well.
