<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a processing speed for calculating a resonance frequency. <P>SOLUTION: In a servo motor system 1, a servo controller 3 connected to a motor 2 is provided with a mechanical resonance frequency compensation apparatus 21. The mechanical resonance frequency compensation apparatus 21 is provided with a band-pass filter 22 to receive a speed feedback value from an encoder 4, a resonance frequency estimation unit 23 and a notch filter coefficient generator 24. The resonance frequency estimation unit 23 is configured to obtain a coefficient of a notch filter as a convergent value calculated by least square theory using a value of the reverse matrix of a covariance matrix. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
