A center bearing for a propeller shaft is provided to absorb the deformation of a cushion rubber in an axial direction and to prolong the lifetime of the cushion rubber, thereby improving durability. A center bearing for a propeller shaft comprises: a bracket(110) fixed to a vehicle body; a stub shaft(120) connected to a transmission-sided front tube; a center yoke(130) connected to the stub shaft and axle-sided rear tube; a bearing(140) formed on the external surface of the stub shaft; a cushion rubber(150) interposed between the bracket and the bearing; an inner pipe(210) fixed to the bearing; and an outer pipe(220) fixed to the cushion rubber and inserted into the spline of the inner pipe. The linear operation range of the outer pipe and inner pipe is limited up to the length of the spline. The both ends of the outer pipe are equipped with an oil seal(310).
