A clutch actuator is provided to control a manual transmission electronically with low physical effort by using structures of an electric motor and a cam. A clutch actuator comprises: a shaft(105) rotated by a driving unit; a cam assembly(110) with a protruded cam from the external surface of the shaft; a fork(115) whose one side is in contact with the cam assembly; and a support member connected to the other side of the fork. The driving unit represents a motor(100) controlled by an electronic control unit. The cam consists of a first cam(110a) with a first height of a lobe and a second cam(110b) with a second height of the lobe higher than the first height.
