The present invention relates to an automation system for exchanging tools, including: a machining center processing a component through tools; and a multi-joint robot transferring the component, processed by the machining center, to a conveyor. The machining center transmits an exchange signal of the tools to the multi-joint robot after processing a predetermined number of components. The multi-joint robot extracts a jig for component transfer from a set place and then installs a jig for tool exchange, removes the tools, installed in the machining center, with the jig for tool exchange and then extracts the tools from the set place, and installs a new tool in the machining center after holding the new tool. Therefore, the present invention is capable of significantly reducing accidents and increasing work efficiency and continuity. |
