The present invention relates to a Pleurotus eryngii transformation secretion vector and a method for producing an epidermal growth factor protein by using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a secretion vector including an expression construct suitable for mushroom transformation by separating a laccase promoter and a signal sequence gene from Pleurotus eryngii, and a method for successfully producing various target proteins such as an epidermal growth factor protein from a transformed mushroom by using the same. A recombinant expression vector according to the present invention may be contributively utilized for a system for mass-producing various industrially useful proteins in a mushroom, particularly, in Pleurotus eryngii.
