This electrical power interchange system performs electrical power interchange prioritizing a favorable power source. A controller (100) has: a transmitting/receiving means (300) that receives information pertaining to electricity-transmitting/-receiving devices (101) from the electricity-transmitting/-receiving devices (101); an electricity-transmitting/-receiving device information storage means (310) that stores information pertaining to the electricity-transmitting/-receiving devices (101); a priority level information storage means (310) that stores the priority level of a power source (104b) within an electrical power grid (103); and an information control means (301) that, on the basis of the priority level of the power source (104b) and information pertaining to the electricity-transmitting/-receiving devices (101), determines an amount of electricity transmission and an electricity-transmitting/-receiving device (101) that is to be the electricity transmission source, and on the basis of the determination, produces a control instruction that instructs of the electricity-transmitting/-receiving device (101) the transmission of electricity. The transmitting/receiving means (300) transmits the control instruction at least to the electricity-transmitting/-receiving device (101) that is to be the electricity transmission source, the electricity-transmitting/-receiving device (101) transmits electricity in accordance with the control instruction, and the electrical power interchange system (90) interchanges electrical power between a plurality of electrical power grids (103). |
