PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel plan presentation system and a program capable of creating a travel plan in accordance with the taste of a user, and providing an alternate travel plan in accordance with the action of a user during a travel following the travel plan.SOLUTION: A travel plan presentation system 1 for creating a travel plan by a first information terminal 10 and a server device 30, and for enabling a user to travel while referring to the travel plan in a second information terminal 20 includes alternate travel plan creation means for acquiring second position information from the second information terminal 20, and for determining whether or not a user is able to arrive at a visit scheduled facility at an arrival scheduled time on the basis of the second position information and position information included in first facility information related to the visit scheduled facility, and for, when determining that the user is not able to arrive, transmitting alternate second facility information to the second information terminal 20 to allow the second information terminal 20 to select the alternate second facility information, and for replacing the first facility information with the second facility information to create an alternate travel plan.
