The present invention relates to an electromagnetic compatibility testing device. The testing device for testing the electromagnetic compatibility of an object to be tested according to the present invention comprises: an array antenna having two or more unit antennas arrayed therein; a radiation control part for controlling the phase of each of the unit antennas so that concentrated radio waves for a test can be radiated to a predetermined point from the array antenna; and a monitoring part for monitoring the reaction of the object to be tested, which is caused by the radio waves for a test. Accordingly, a test can be conducted economically as the size and weight of the antenna for transmitting radio waves are reduced greatly and the measurement of an electric field by a field probe is not accompanied.
