The method includes drying zinc sulfate powder at 270-290 deg.C and zinc chloride powder at 190-210 deg.C, and brings zinc sulfate and zinc chloride powders in contact with air or water jeted at 800-920 deg.C for reaction of zinc sulfate powder and zinc chloride powder. The method reduces the cost of equipment and personnel expenses, and enhances productivity.
