PURPOSE:To easily grasp reserved information by reserving a trip matched with customer's conditions by using two screens for a clerk and a customer in a trip reserving device, and every time completion of reservation, displaying the reserved information on the customer side screen. CONSTITUTION:A trip is reserved by the trip consulting/reserving device 1 having the clerk display screen 112 and the customer side display screen 114. The customer or clerk inputs contents matched with the customer's conditions from his screen, and inquires unoccupied seat status of a reserved status managing center 106 through a communication line network 104, and reserved states satisfying the conditions are displayed on both the screens 114, 112. While referring to the reserved states, the information of a train or the like specified by the customer is selected and reservation procedure is taken to the center 106. After completing the reserving procedure, a map surrounding a trip range is displayed on the screen 114 and the reserved information (a trip executing date, a train name, a seat, etc.) is displayed on the map. |
