<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit, in which two regulators supplying different voltages to a load are mounted on a single IC chip, and a controller. <P>SOLUTION: In this power supply circuit 1, regulator circuits 1 (A) and 2 (B) different in an output voltage are mounted on the IC chip 2. In a control circuit 20 such as a CPU, three control signals for a high impedance, a level H, and a level L are supplied from a three-state buffer 21 to an ON/OFF terminal on the IC chip 2.
