PURPOSE:To obtain an airflow direction changing device, simple, inexpensive arid highly reliable without employing any complicated link mechanism, by a method wherein an airflow direction changing body is rotated to change the direction of outlet air automatically. CONSTITUTION:An airflow direction changing body 7 is fitted into an air outlet port 5. The airflow direction changing body 7 is a cylindrical rod body, formed of a resin material having heat insulating property, and is provided with a shaft for turning while a plurality of penetrated passages 8, forming air outlet passages, are provided in directions intersecting with the axis for turning. The penetrated passages 8 are arranged so that the directions of central axes of the holes are deviated from each other. The directions of the airflow passages 8 are turned and the directions of airflows are fluctuated by turning the airflow direction changing body 7. A plurality of penetrated passages 8 are arranged on the airflow direction changing body 7 whereby outlet air or outlet airflow, guided by an air-conditioning machine, is sent out as comfortable and uneven air flow. |
