PURPOSE:To make a small-sized hot water storing tank by a method wherein the number of hot water feeding devices and the number of pumps for use in operating to keep a temperature within a hot water storing tank at a specified value are set to minimum values. CONSTITUTION:A hot water circulation pump 19 is driven and hot water within a hot water storing tank 10 is always circulated within hot water circulation lines 16 and 17, respectively. The number of operations of over-heating circulation pumps 14, 14a, 14b, 14c and hot water feeding devices 11, 11a, 11b and 11c are controlled in response to an amount of water detected by a water feeding amount sensing sensor 24, For example, in the case that a load is high, all the number of devices are operated and in turn, in the case that a load is low, only one device is operated in compliance with a load mode. Then, in the case that a water temperature detected by a water temperature sensing sensor 25 located below the hot water storing tank is decreased down to a value less than a set temperature, either one or two of the hot water feeding devices and the over-heating circulation pumps are operated to circulate hot water in the hot water storing tank 10 through the heating circulation line 22 to perform the additional heating and then the operation is stopped in the case that the temperature detected by the heating circulation temperature sensing sensor 23 is increased more than a set value. |
