PURPOSE:To provide the on-vehicle television set for displaying a normal image on a display screen only when a vehicle is stopped. CONSTITUTION:Concerning an on-vehicle television set 1 for switching the image display state of a display screen 3 corresponding to the image display switching signal of a microcomputer 2, information showing the parking brake setting of a vehicle, the accessory input information of the vehicle and information showing time-up of a timer circuit is supplied to the microcomputer 2 and the microcomputer 2 ANDs the information showing the parking brake setting and the accessory input information or ANDs the accessory input information and the time-up information of the time circuit and supplies the image display switching signal for displaying the normal image on the display screen 3 only when either of AND output is obtained. Thus, safe driving is prevented from being careless by concentrating the attention of a driver to the image on the display screen 3 during driving. |
