PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having a baking temperature of 1000 deg.C or lower by preparing ceramic having a dielectric constant of 10000 or higher and small DC voltage dependency, where a changing rate of an electrostatic capacitance with respect to a temperature satisfies an E characteristic (DELTAC/C20 ranges from +20% to -55%) of the JIS standard. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric ceramic composition is composed of (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3, PbTiO3, Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3 and Pb(Zn1/2W1/2)O3, a blending ratio (mol%) of which ranges within 4.0-93.0:1.5-35.0:1.5-51.0:1.0-34.0. Furthermore, the composition includes 0.05-8.0 parts by weight of W calculated in terms of WO3 as an auxiliary component with respect to 100mol% of a main component where part of Pb is substituted with 0.1-10mol% of at least one kind selected from Ba, Ca and Sr. |
