PURPOSE:To obtain an image with a good quality, clear tone and proper gloss by attaching toner only to the scanning section after the scanning is formed on the surface of the recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A scanning is formed by a non-impact system such as ink jet system or the like on the surface of a recording medium including paper and film employing a water or an oily printing ink. Thereafter, a toner comprising a fine powder of a substance good in solubility, affinity and reactiveness with water or oily printing ink is put in touch with the printed surface, and then, captured by the printing ink forming the scanning. After, the toner on the area excluding the scanning section is removed if necessary, heat or pressure is applied on the surface of the recording medium to make the ink dry while a allowing the toner to be fixed on the surface of the medium. |
