The invention relates to a tube made of plastic or metal, whose tube neck is sealed on the opening side by a membrane and which has a thread for screwing-on a closure cap made of plastic, a spike being provided in the outer or inner end face of the closure cap for piercing said membrane, and the spike being a hollow spike whose outside diameter corresponds approximately to the width of the tube neck and the annular end edge of said hollow spike being constructed as a cutting edge so that the membrane is cut out and received inside the hollow spike when the closure cap is screwed onto or pressed into the wall of the tube neck. <IMAGE>
