PURPOSE:To eliminate permanent magnet pieces from scattering from a rotor yoke by integrally coating by injection molding with coolant resistant resin material on the outer periphery of the yoke and the pieces. CONSTITUTION:After a thin plate 15 is laminated, the outer periphery is cut, and a plurality of permanent magnet pieces 17 are mounted with an adhesive on the cut surface, thereby constructing a rotor yoke 16. After the yoke 16 on which the pieces 17 are mounted and balance weights 19, 20 are contained in a mold, coolant resistant resin material 18 is filled, and integrally coated. Then, the material 18 coated on the outer periphery of the pieces 17 is finished by cutting, thereby completing a rotor 5.
