PURPOSE:To cut a blanking material at a high speed by laser light without using dies by storing a blanking pattern in a control device and operating plural cutting heads from the detected conveyance speed value of the blanking material. CONSTITUTION:The conveyance speed of the blanking material 14 under conveyance is detected by a speed detector 13 which is installed in a cutter 11 and is constituted of a contact type roller, revolution detector, etc. On the other hand, the laser light radiated from a laser light source 8 is conveyed through a light distributor 9 to the plural cutting heads 10. Optical switches 10a disposed with optical fiber groups and disposed to each of the plural cutting heads 10 are turned on and off to condense or shut the laser light by making use of the preliminarily known pattern information in synchronization with the detected speed of the material 14 by which the material 14 conveyed to face the cutting heads is cut continuously or intermittently in accordance with the blanking pattern. |
