<p>PURPOSE:To provide a solenoid guide for an oil permeation type solenoid valve, having a thick wall, a sure welding of a non-magnetic substance and a magnetic substance no pinhole, and a high inner pressure strength. CONSTITUTION:A groove 7 is provided on the outer circumference of a base material 5 made of a magnetic material in a cylindrical or hollow form. The inner/outer diameter 11 of a welding metal 8 is worked in a prescribed shaped size after padding welding is then carried out on the groove 7 by a filter metal made of a non-magnetic substance. The welding metal 8 welded on the groove 7 of the base material 5 by the filter metal is thereby exposed on the inner outer surface of the base material 5.</p> |
