<p>PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulating panel which has airtightness and high heat insulating property and can be manufactured and mounted easily. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating panel 1 consists of a resin vessel 2, a metallic film 3 which is formed on an inner wall of the resin vessel 2, and a heat insulating spacer material 4 which is filled in a space formed out of the metallic film 3. As for the manufacturing method of the heat insulating panel 1, the metallic film 3 is formed on the inner wall of the resin vessel 2, the spacer material 4 is filled in the inside of the resin vessel 2, and an opening of the resin vessel 2 is covered with unwoven fabric 6. Next, pressure inside of the resin vessel 2 is reduced, the opening of the resin vessel 2 is covered with an aluminum deposited laminated film 9 when pressure inside of the resin vessel 2 is reduced below a predetermined pressure, and the aluminum deposited laminated film 9 is welded to a flange 2a of the resin vessel 2. When the heat insulating panel 1 is mounted on, for example, a heat insulating wall of a refrigerator, it can be mounted easily by the flange 2a of the resin vessel 2.</p> |
