<p>PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the number of gears to be prepared by corresponding various change gear ratio with various center distances in the manufacture sequence of a transmission which has a variable gear stage (variation stage) consisting of a pair of gears. CONSTITUTION:In this sequence, a variable gear stage includes a range (kind) of frame number size (Bi=B1, B2,...) which has the same center distance (Ai=A1, A2,...) in each case. Also, the same range (kind) concerning change gear ratio (Ii=I1, I2,...) is prepared for all the frame number size. Consequently, the center distance Ai and change gear ratio Ii form a matrix M. The number of necessary gears is remarkably reduced by correlating the increase rate of the center distance Ai and the change gear ratio Ii in such a way that the same gear is used in a variable gear stage sequence (S) which include numerous frame number sizes.</p> |
