PURPOSE:To furnish a method of immunoassay wherein a large number of specimens are measured quickly in regard to a large number of measuring items and the results of inspection are obtained in a short time. CONSTITUTION:A method of immunoassay wherein a particle with which an antibody or an antigen is combined and a tagged antibody corresponding to a measuring item are provided in each tubular part of a vessel having at least two or more openings in the upper part and being formed to be tubular in the lower part, and wherein all reactions are completed in the tubular part of the aforesaid vessel, is furnished. Accordingly, not only operations for shift of a solid phase and others are dispensed with, but also a large number of measuring items can be met, and immunoassay can be expedited. The aforesaid vessel can be used for manual operations and also can be incorporated in an automated measuring apparatus and used. When this method of immunoassay is used for the automated measuring apparatus, in particular, it is very effective for reduction of a measuring time for one specimen. |
