The manure drying unit includes a number of frames (1) in which cages (2) are arranged above each other. Between cage levels are manure transporters (3) fitted. In the wide part of the transporter are two cages (2a,2b) with a discharge gutter (4) and a roller screen (5) for egg transport. Between cages (2a,2b) is fitted a drink nozzle (6) and a V-shaped gutter (7) for water spillage.
