PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of developing devices and softwares as well as to simplify the wiring and enhance the reliability, by transmitting an actual production result data and an entry/delivery request data for automatic warehouse to a higher-order computer by utilizing the same telecommunication line. CONSTITUTION:When a necessity arises of delivering a nonprocessed work from an automatic warehouse to production equipments 4a to 4c, 5a to 5c, an operator makes a product-name designation in an interactive mode with the display units of actual production result gathering devices 7, 8. A delivery request data is transmitted, via a telecommunication line 10, to a higher-order computer 11. Subsequently, the higher-order computer 11 produces an operation schedule for a stacker crane 3 and transmits this data to a control device for the stacker crane 3. This enables supplying a work requested to have been delivered, to a delivery exit 2a. An entry request can also be processed, using an entry request button, in accordance with a similar procedure to that for the delivery request. |
