A sound system and a control method thereof are provided to select an optimum path automatically by calculating speaker capacity of an amplifier and a broadcasting area. A sound system outputs a voice signal from a sound source generation part through a random speaker. The sound system includes a plurality of amplifiers, a plurality of speakers, a matrix circuit and a main control part. The matrix circuit connects the amplifiers and the speakers with each other. The main control part performs calculation processing by using an automatic path algorithm in order to select an amplifier or assembly of amplifiers to be used in broadcasting. |
