<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fitting technology for the touch panel which suppresses a rise in the temperature of the display surface of a PDP(plasma display panel) and improves the operability. SOLUTION: The touch panel 2 is fitted to the display surface 1c of the PDP 1 stored in a housing 1b with fittings 3. The PDP 1 and touch panel 2 are fitted so that the surface of the display surface 1c and the back surface 2c of the panel part 2b of the touch panel 2 are almost in contact. The panel part 2b of the touch panel 2 is formed of synthetic resin comprising acryl, etc. The backside 2c of the panel part 2b is fitted to the surface of the display surface 1c in direct contact by making the backside thick except at the frame part 1a of the PDP 1. Further, a frame part 2a is provided with a light emission part 2d and a light reception part 2e and an optical touch panel which detects a touched position optically is adopted as the touch panel 2.</p> |
