PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a listener himself or herself to correct his or her hearing according to hearing characteristics of the listener or listener's taste.

SOLUTION: An operation part 12 is operated by the listener to perform hearing correcting adjustment on the basis of a reference sound for hearing correction reproduced through headphones 8 so that the reference sound for hearing correction matches hearing characteristics that the listener desires, microphones 10 and 11 measure the reference sound for hearing correction reproduced through a speaker 9 at a position where the listener is expected to listen, and a controller 5 corrects the sound field by controlling a DSP 4 so that hearing characteristics of the reference sound for hearing correction measured by the microphones 10 and 11 match the desired hearing characteristics.
