HIGH MOISTURE CONTENT MATERIAL DRYING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high moisture content material drying method for achieving lower cost while increasing applications for effectively utilizing a dried object.

SOLUTION: The high moisture content material drying method comprises supplying hot air from a hot air source via a hot air supply passage 24 into a cylindrical hollow chamber 22 which stores a number of ceramic balls 11 and which is communicated with the lower end of a box cylindrical upper hollow chamber 23 having a takeout port 26 out of which dried powder and grain material are taken. After the hollow chamber 22 and the upper hollow chamber 23 are internally heated by hot air to reach a predetermined temperature, the dried object formed by mixing and stirring the moisture absorptive powder and grain material having moisture contents of 5-10% and grain sizes 0.1-5 mm and the high moisture content material until the powder and grain material have moisture contents of 80-85% is supplied into the hollow chamber 22 via a dried object supply passage 25 and dried.
