PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plug-in radio processing module which enables radio communication with an electronic host device. SOLUTION: A radio-enabled host electronic equipment consists of a built-in antenna and a special plug-in receptacle in which a plug-in radio device is connected to the built-in antenna for radio transmission and radio receiving and which interacts with a host. With this, a plug-in structure is constructed to conform to a standardized plug-in module 102 such as PCMCIA standard of a connector 206 and to provide an additional plug-in capability in addition to a standardized receptacle that does not conflict with a standardized receptacle. The plug-in structure is configured to permit use of a plug-in for other purposes in the same standard receptacle.
