摘要

PURPOSE: To enable the easy dividing of hardened KAGAMI-MOCHI (a pair of mirror-shaped glutinous rice cakes offered to gods on New Year's Day in Japan). CONSTITUTION: This KAGAMI-MOCHI is constituted by vacuum packaging a molding thereof in a state of a spacer means 14 of a suitable size embedded in the interior of the molding of the KAGAMI-MOCHI and enabling the easy dividing along the spacer means in cutting of the New Year's rice cake.
