PURPOSE: To partly collect energy in use by introducing a wind pressure, received to a vehicle at its running time, to a peripheral part of the vehicle in only one side of an impeller by a guide plate, giving fixed directional turning force to the impeller, and driving a generator associated with this impeller. CONSTITUTION: In a casing 3 which is a framework formed of iron plate, an air intake port 4a is set up so as to face in an advance direction on a roof of a vehicle, and an air discharge port 4b is set up rearward so that air taken from the air intake port 4a can be sufficiently discharged. In a guide plate 5a of guiding air taken from the air intake port 4a so as to provide fixed rotation in an impeller 7, kinetic energy of inflow air is put to a left side, to apply a pressure only to a left side impeller 6, and right rotational direction turning force can be given to the impeller 7. The impeller 7 is fixed so as to be rotatable around a shaft, and a generator is rotated by a drive sprocket fixed to the shaft through a chain with a driven sprocket, to generate power. |
