The element (10) has slabs (14,16) extending in the longitudinal direction and defining an inner space (12) of the element, which are variable and adjustable horizontally and vertically by way of a positioning body (18,20), as well as with reinforcing. The slabs are located at a spacing from one another and are connected by frames (8). The frames are formed from U-form bodies whose horizontal sections carry the reinforcement. The positioning body is constructed from vertically aligned bolts supporting themselves on the base. The base-side ends of the positioning body are provided with heads. The positioning body is activated deckside. The slabs are adjustable vertically and horizontally with respect to the frames.
