SUBSTANCE: stand includes brake electric motor, tuning rheostat, weighing mechanism having board with monitoring devices, unit for measuring fuel consumption, pickups for detecting shaft revolution number, temperature, pressure in oil feed line, torque of shaft of internal combustion engine. All pickups are connected with control apparatus whose output is connected with inputs and outputs of units for setting standard temperature, shaft torque of internal combustion engine, shaft revolution number.
