PURPOSE: A water permeable tile is provided to be used as a block by adding various colors on a surface and to enable to infiltrate air or moisture through the surface. CONSTITUTION: A water permeable tile is composed of: sludge generated when producing glaze and sacrificial papers, waste tiles generated while forming tiles, a mixture composed of an organic adhesive for mixing the sludge and the waste tiles. And the tile contains plural pores inside. Herein, a weight ratio of the components is as follows: 50-95wt% of waste tiles, 2.5-20wt% of the sludge, 2.5-30wt% of organic adhesive. The tile is used as a block after being colored in a specific color. When the water permeable tile is used as a sidewalk block, air or moisture is delivered to the soil under the block due to many pores inside. Therefore, microorganism in the soil is not destroyed for minimizing the destruction of ecosystem.
