PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-controlled oscillator which easily adjusts the oscillation signal level of a manufactured voltage control an oscillator without exchanging constituent parts. SOLUTION: This voltage-controlled oscillator is provided with an oscillation transistor 6 that an oscillation signal is taken out from an emitter and a collector is grounded in terms of AC, and the resonance frequency of a resonance circuit 7 connected to the oscillation transistor 6 is varied by frequency control voltage. Variable capacity 14 is connected between the base/collector of the oscillation transistor 6. When the oscillation signal level in the manufactured voltage control oscillator is outside the allowable range, variable capacity 14 is adjusted by manual operation, and the leakage quantity of the oscillation signal between the base/collector of the oscillation transistor 6 is adjusted. Thus, the oscillation signal level is made to settle in the allowable range.
