PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior trim material free to mold by an inexpensive molding die without using a sliding die while maintaining a temporary fitting function of an outfitting part. SOLUTION: This interior trim material is constituted at least of an interior material main body 20 made by laminating a core material 2 and a skin 3 having flexibility on the surface side of the core material and the outfitting part 21 made as a leg part 22 is inserted in a through hole 5 formed on the interior material main body 20 from the surface side and arranged, the through hole 5 of the skin 3 is formed roughly in the same shape as the through hole 5 formed on the core material 2, it is constituted constituted as an extended part 24 diametrical dimensions of which become shorter than the through hole 5 of the core material 2 is formed on a portion into which the leg part 22 of the outfitting part 21 is inserted, and the leg part 22 of the outfitting part 21 is constituted as it is formed in a projected state without having an engagement part free to temporarily fit the outfitting part 21 by resiliency of the extended part 24 by holding the extended part 24 between itself and the core material 2.
