PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a conductive membrane which is excellent in electrical conductivity, adhesiveness, easiness in separation, and mechanical strengths, does not cause distortion, separation, cracks, or the like, under heating, and also is excellent in thermal strength, softness, solvent resistance, and micropattern formation capability; to obtain a conductive resin composition which can form the conductive membrane and is excellent in long-term storability; and to provide an electronic device using the conductive membrane. SOLUTION: The conductive resin composition is prepared from a conductive resin, a photopolymerizable resin having at least either acidic groups or their salt groups on its side chains, a photopolymerizable compound other than the photopolymerizable resin, and a solvent.
