PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work and to shorten a construction period by greening a part except for an apparatus (for example, a vehicle lock means and a charge adjuster) projecting on the ground in a parking garage. SOLUTION: This parking device has a base member having the size capable of parking a vehicle, the vehicle lock means arranged on the base member, and a greening panel arranged in an area except for a part of the vehicle lock means on a surface of the base member.
