PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector and a tool capable of easily connecting pipes and fitting the tool without generating water leakage without using a seal tape to solve the problem that a connection part is loosened when adjusting fastening and direction of the pipes and that water is leaked even if a seal tape is used and that work in a narrow space is troublesome. SOLUTION: In the case of connecting water feeding pipes by using the connector formed with a female screw inside thereof and formed with a male screw outside thereof, a cap nut and a slip washer, a rubber packing or an O-ring is inserted into the water feeding pipe, and the water feeding pipe is screwed to the female screw of the connector, and the rubber packing or the O-ring and the slip washer is pushed to the outside male screw, and screwed for fastening by the cap nut to detach and to shut off water.
