<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of downsizing a passive circuit comprising a high frequency distributed constant circuit in a microstrip line structure or a strip line structure by circumventing constraints of the size of the passive circuit limited depending on a wavelength to be handled. <P>SOLUTION: The strip line structure employs a basic structure provided with: a signal line 3 arranged opposite to a ground conductor 1; and conductor poles 4 one-side ends of which are connected to the signal line 3 and which are extended in a direction of the ground conductor 1 located just beneath, and the other-side ends of which are arranged by maintaining a gap 5 with respect to the ground conductor 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
