<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the conventional movie configuration having a ground photographing prevention function when it is determined that the camera is in a ground photographing position, a shift from a recording state to an idle state occurs even if that photographing posture is one intended by the photographing person, and therefore the operation at the time of photographing becomes complicated with the movie having the ground photographing preventing function. <P>SOLUTION: The video recorder is equipped with an imaging means 102 for photographing a subject; video data creating portion 103 for creating video data; recorder 104 for recording the video data; ground photographing preventing portion 105 which determines whether the photographing posture is ground photographing state or not, and stops recording of the video data when it determines that the photographing posture is ground photographing state; and ground photographing suppressor which shifts the photographing state to a ground photographing continuation state in which photographing is continued in ground photographing state and cancels the ground photographing continuation state, in response to the operation by the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
