<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium wherein drawing can be performed by an optical information recording device without turning over the optical information recording medium and drawing can be performed so as not to interfere with a data recording region. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium 1 has a structure wherein a recording layer 3, a semi-transparent reflection layer 4, a heat generating layer 5, a reflection layer 6, a deformation layer 7 and a protective layer 8 are sequentially formed on a first light transmissive substrate 2 and the reflection layer 6 and the deformation layer 7 are thermally deformed by irradiating the heat generating layer 5 with laser light to generate heat.
