An indoor air pressure controlling method to facilitate the closing of a vehicle door and a vehicle door system thereof are provided to prevent the rising of the pneumatic pressure by immediately exhausting the indoor air to outside and to close the door with low power. A vehicle door system(500) comprises a main body, an air outlet(510), a negative pressure generating motor(550), and a control module(570). The air outlet ejects air inside the main body to outside. The negative pressure generating motor is equipped inside the main body and exhausts the inner air to outside through the air outlet by rotating a fan(530). In case one or more doors are opened, the control module operates the negative pressure generating motor.
