An apparatus for releasing a life saving pack of a vehicle is provided to prevent safety accidents of the vehicle when the vehicle is flooded by installing the life saving pack on a back seat attachably. An apparatus for releasing a life saving pack of a vehicle comprises the followings: a hanging groove(12) on one side of the apparatus; a life saving pack(10) having an oxygen inhaler(70); a hanging protrusion(22) corresponding to the hanging groove; a coupling unit(20) binding on a side of the back seat; a driving unit(30) moving the hanging protrusion; a submerging sensor(40) detecting a state of the vehicle; and a control part(50) operating the driving unit through a signal transferred from the submerging sensor.
