The present invention relates to a method for extracting a food with ultrasonic waves and a food extract extracted by using the same. Provided are a method for extracting a food with ultrasonic waves which comprises the following steps: washing an object to be extracted; putting the washed object in an ultrasonic extractor, which is installed in a storage tank and equipped with an ultrasonic wave generating unit generating ultrasonic waves; putting an extraction solvent in the storage tank of the ultrasonic extractor; applying ultrasonic waves to the object and the extraction solvent for a predetermined time by operating the ultrasonic wave generating unit of the ultrasonic extractor; and discharging an extract from the ultrasonic extractor and then filtering the same, and the extract extracted by using the same method. |
