A manufacturing method of a clutch facing is disclosed. The disclosed manufacturing method of a clutch facing comprises: a step (a) of preparing a mixed composite; a step (b) of forming a prepreg by extruding the mixed composite and yarns; a step (c) of forming the prepreg into a preform; a step (d) of forming a molded product by heating and pressing the preform; and a step (e) of forming a facing by processing the molded product. Therefore, the present invention enables the environmentally-friendly manufacture of the clutch facing as the use of a solvent and a drying process are not required.
